The whole video now. 0-63s = the redesigned opening (hook with playing videos, math with the
9-frame art grid, promise built step by step). 63s -> end = the rest, with your latest fixes folded in
(YouTube Studio proof, ChatGPT prompt screenshot, real Zenn art instead of the Nano UI, and a longer-held
"DON'T COPY. BEND IT.").

The hook (0-24s)
- 0-4s - the channel with the name + avatar hidden - you only see its 3 videos. "No face, no host, no studio."
- 4-12s - the 2 top videos "play" - each card cuts through 3 real shots from that video (~1.3s each) so you see the art style in motion (Zenn's shots are static for ~10s each, so we cut between shots instead of playing one slow clip).
- ~12s - the reveal: "It's called Zenn."
- ~14-22s - the view counts spin up inside each thumbnail (7.7M / 3.8M), the slide never moves, views highlighted at the bottom, then "only 22 videos".
The math (24-43s)
- 24-37s - the math stays as before (7.7M x $4 RPM = ~$30,000 from one upload).
- ~37s - the 3 math lines hide, and "$20,000 in a good MONTH" slides up right under the header.
- ~40s - on "a format you can rebuild yourself" a 3x3 grid of 9 real frames from inside Zenn's top video appears - a snapshot of the art style. (Talking about the video → show the video.)
The promise / roadmap (43-63s)
- Was a static slide for 20s - now it moves. The 4 step-cards (SCRIPT / ART / MOTION / EDIT) build one by one - that IS "step by step" (the redundant on-screen "step by step" text is gone).
- On "make the artwork look like this" - a real Zenn art frame appears; on "actually move" it gets a MOVE treatment. (Talking about the art → show the art.)
- Note: "step by step" is said once in the voiceover (verified) - it wasn't doubled in audio; the doubling was the text + the cards.
